Reference provides transition support and facility operation readiness by initiating and managing the project in the initial phase through the final phase, This ensures that end users have a smooth transition to start their operations. Services at this stage of any project including coordination for the transfer of the owner in the schedule usually contain the following:
- Closing the contract: Complete and settle each contract (including resolving any open terms) and close each contract applicable to the project or project phase including final payments.
- Termination of the project: Manage all activities across all process groups to formally close the project or project phase as defined in the project closure procedure which includes but is not limited to the following:
